How do I track my order?
You will be provided an order confirmation and a tracking number via email once your product has shipped. 

Is it safe to put my credit card information?
Yes. We don't store any of your card information, it is all handled by our payment processor, and we will never share your information with anyone. 

My order never arrived.
Check the order confirmation and tracking number that was sent to the email you provided. If that doesn't help, please fill out the proper information in the "Contact" page, with your order number and what you had purchased, and we'll be more than happy to help you out. 

My order was damaged.
Please contact us as soon as you received the package with your order number and the contents, we'll be happy to help you out. 

How long does it take to ship.
Once you have received an order confirmation, it will take 2-3 business days for that order to get shipped out. From there you will receive a tracking number so you can watch every movement of your purchase. 

I would like to return my order.
Send us an email at help@life444.com with your inquiry, what you ordered and order number and we'll contact you within 24-48 hours. 

What is our return policy?
We accept returns as long as the package is unworn, and undamaged (by you of course). With the current set up of Life444, it is not feasible for you to just return one product as it comes with several in a box.
